Zig-Zag
Supercool Pedals
The ZIG-ZAG Analog Chorus/Vibrato is a rich and versatile pitch modulation effect that is based off the legendary Small Clone circuit, but offers new features, settings, and a more compact form factor.
- Made in Canada
- 9v
- DEPTH, SPEED
- 2-position toggle switches between the signal-doubled CHORUS mode and the modulated-only VIBRATO mode.
- BLUE
- True Bypass
As its name indicates, the ZIG-ZAG Analog Chorus/Vibrato uses a rare true analog bucket brigade chip to create a wide range of pitch modulation effects, and a carefully engineered signal path of low-noise surface mount components makes for a quiet and uncoloured sound, even at the heaviest of modulation settings.
The ZIG-ZAG Analog Chorus/Vibrato can produce a wide array of modulation effects such as lush slow waves of rich chorus, dissonant and textural pulses, subtle vinyl-like wow-and-flutter, and full-on spiraling modulation madness.
Supercool Pedals
Supercool Pedals is a small Canadian effects pedal company founded in 2019 by Jamie Muir in Toronto Ontario, and is now based out of the Peterborough/Nogojiwanong area.
Supercool Pedals are designed not only to provide fundamentally useful and creative effects to musicians, but also to serve as refreshing nostalgia-evoking objets d’arts that bring colour and conversation to pedal boards in an otherwise bland, often utilitarian, and sometimes overwhelming and saturated pedal market.
Each Supercool pedal is designed and built by hand with the highest quality materials, a whole lot of care, and probably a little too much whimsy.
